Payment

Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

Shipping

When Will My Order Ship? – Unless otherwise stated, we process all shipping 3-5 business days after the order has been placed
Please note – All shipping fees in our shop cover postage, shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling. Due to the sizes of some of our signs, we may not able to use flat rate shipping boxes.

Damaged/Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to US & Canada. We are hoping to expand to other Countries in the near future.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please let us know if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds on regular items will be handled on a case by case basis. Custom orders cannot be refunded.

We are able to exchange or refund your money (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. (We do not accept returns on custom orders). You will be responsible for returning orders in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the item.

Custom and Personalized Orders

If you are looking for something unique or a custom creation, we would love to help. For example: larger sizes, different colors, custom sayings, or wedding gifts. Keep in mind it is the nature of working with wood that the colors and textures of the wood may vary.
